Mini Desserts:  

• Large event Orders over $300 MUST be placed 1-2 Months in advance.
• Small personal orders MUST be placed 2-3 weeks in advance or subject to availability. If inquiring an upcoming date, please contact us before ordering.
  

Custom Orders:

• ALL CUSTOM Orders MUST be placed 1 Month in advanced or subject to availability. 
• 50% deposit is required when placing order and the final payment due 7 days before pick up/delivery.
• RUSH ORDERS payment is due in full upon placing order
• We offer delivery & set up for larger events/weddings. Pricing is subject to the size and distance of your order.
• Display stands and pieces for rental are subject to availability. Rental Agreement will be in place for returns.
• Dessert set up is subject to availability, Pricing ranges $30-50 hour. Set up includes flowers/greenery minimal props.

RUSH ORDERS (24-72 hours)

• orders under $100 will be charge a fee of $20 
• orders over $100+ will be charged a fee of $30-$60

Pick-Up Agreement 

If upon picking up your cake, you are not 100% satisfied with the look of your cake, you are NOT obligated to take your order. If you choose not to take the cake, you will be issued a 50% refund via original purchase method and the cake will remain in our possession. Upon pick-up of your cake, adjustments to the cake decoration can be made at no additional charge.

If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left our possession. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily, drive carefully and slowly.

Once the cake leaves our possession, we are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.

All payments are due prior to pickup/delivery. If a cake is scheduled for delivery, the payment needs to be initiated within 14 business days of the event. If payments are not made by the time of pickup/delivery, the cake order may be subject to cancellation.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. We DO NOT offer refunds! You may make any changes 60 days before your event/wedding date. Your deposit may be used towards another order/date if there is any cancellation on your end.

Cancellation / Changes

• Changes and cancellations on orders are accepted up until 3 months prior to the date of pick up/delivery. We are unable to make changes on orders after that time frame. No refunds will be provided for any payments made on the order no matter the amount - if cancelled at least 30 days in advance we will be happy to transfer any payment made on that order to another order within 3-6 months from that date for any future orders. We will provide no other refunds regardless the circumstances. You will be required to pay the full amount if the order is cancelled with less notice. This does not apply to orders that have contracts.
